Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall functioning and management of the branch, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team, ensuring their professional growth and achievement of organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment, retention, and brand visibility for the CAD training programs.

  • Monitor financial performance, manage the branch’s budget, and achieve sales targets for courses offered by CADDEX.

  • Foster relationships with potential corporate clients, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.

  • Ensure quality standards in the delivery of training programs and coordinate with the faculty to meet the expectations of students.

  • Implement marketing strategies to promote the branch's services and boost local awareness of CADDEX offerings.

  • Provide regular reports on branch performance, student feedback, and other key metrics to senior management.

  • Handle customer and student grievances and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in management is an added advantage.

  • Prior experience in managing educational or training branches is highly preferred.

  • Candidates with experience in the CAD or technical training industry are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Branch Manager or similar role in the education/training industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a team, and improving branch performance.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable with multitasking, managing budgets, and overseeing a team of trainers and administrative staff.

  • Ability to drive business development initiatives and forge strong relationships with corporate clients.

Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Good knowledge of financial management, marketing strategies, and student satisfaction practices.

  • Candidates must go through a personal interview to evaluate their leadership abilities, managerial skills, and experience.

Salary

₹40,000 – ₹50,000
(Salary is negotiable based on experience, branch performance, and skills.)
