Lead, mentor, and manage the team, ensuring their professional growth and achievement of organizational goals.
Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment, retention, and brand visibility for the CAD training programs.
Monitor financial performance, manage the branch’s budget, and achieve sales targets for courses offered by CADDEX.
Foster relationships with potential corporate clients, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
Ensure quality standards in the delivery of training programs and coordinate with the faculty to meet the expectations of students.
Implement marketing strategies to promote the branch's services and boost local awareness of CADDEX offerings.
Provide regular reports on branch performance, student feedback, and other key metrics to senior management.
Handle customer and student grievances and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in management is an added advantage.
Prior experience in managing educational or training branches is highly preferred.
Candidates with experience in the CAD or technical training industry are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Branch Manager or similar role in the education/training industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a team, and improving branch performance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Comfortable with multitasking, managing budgets, and overseeing a team of trainers and administrative staff.
Ability to drive business development initiatives and forge strong relationships with corporate clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of financial management, marketing strategies, and student satisfaction practices.
